When Bullying or Mobbing is used, the person targeted can be diagnosed with a psychological disorder and this usually reduces or destroys a person’s credibility.

A network or groups can be created that use Bullying or Mobbing technologies, a form of organized stalking. An individual's view on reality can also be influenced.

Advanced Technologies

“Researchers at MIT media Lab Europe have already come up with a design for a tooth implant that receives digital signals from radios and mobile phones.
 A micro-vibration device and a wireless receiver (Blue tooth, presumably) are implanted into a natural tooth during dental surgery. Sounds transmitted to the device are transferred from the tooth into the inner ear by bone resonance creating, claim its designers, “pure sound streaming into the consciousness.” Ask your dentist for one today.
 Wireless implants will also have some serious applications, says Kuss Wiseman, a wireless product creation guru and consultant. He foresees “embedded drug-delivery and muscle-control devices that can be controlled wirelessly from remote medical facilities.”

Scientist have for many years predicted that Nanotechnologies could be used to control individual's or whole populations.

Excuse Me, Is Your Tooth Ringing? "The vibrations are on a molecular level, so the user only experiences pure sound streaming into their consciousness," …"We realize that having unwanted sound information arriving directly into the user's brain would resemble technological schizophrenia, therefore maximum control is essential."

Schizophrenia is a psychological disorder that millions of people suffer from.

Hypersonic Sound.
"Think about the ability to focus sound into a crowd of people on a football field and talk only to a selected few."
Ultrasound, beyond the hearing level, used to create audible sound.

Sound produced by heavy machinery that is under 20 Hz can also affect the body and harm intestines.

When people are targeted by advanced technologies they may feel a sense of powerlessness "helplessness", the "who will believe you" factor. The more advanced the technologies used to target individual's become, the less likely they will be believed.

We are not aware of any measures or safe guards that exist to protect people from advanced technologies, such as nanotechnologies, now or in the future.

We do not know if there are any measures or safe guards to determine if advanced technologies are being used on people, now or in the future,  if they mimic different psychological or physical disorders.

Nanotechnology can be used to punch holes into blood vessels, damage the brain, and damage the heart and like any other advanced technology nanotechnology can be used to attack the credibility of victims of crime or used to mimic disease.

Another example is technology that mimics mental illness to increase the attack on the credibility or psychological integrity of a victim of crime.

Nanotechnology can be used to put voices in a person’s head by having nanotechnology attach its self to bone and using bone resonance to put sound or voices in a person’s head for example."

"In cases of criminal psychological harassment or psychological warfare the first priority is to destroy the credibility of the victim to prevent exposure or to prevent prosecution.

The law enforcement procedure of sending victims of criminal harassment or criminal psychological harassment to social workers or hospitals that are not members of law enforcement or investigators and deny the existence of psychological harassment or criminal psychological harassment is not a good one.

This law enforcement procedure could be exploited by organized crime to destroy the credibility of victims of organized crime or criminal psychological harassment."

TV Psychological Harassment example - beeping


"A local police officer told me I had said or claimed that I was being psychologically harassed by my TV, which is false but his statement made me think that perhaps he had seen this pattern in victims of psychological harassment or criminal psychological harassment that he sends to social workers and psychiatry for evaluation.

In the first few clips of the Rachel Maddow show you’ll notice the beeping that can be annoying or considered psychological harassment. I wonder how many have stopped watching her show because of these beeping sounds.

The clip that follows is simply a funny timing clip on CNBC and Eric Holder U.S. Attorney General.

The clip after that provides different stats about the Bush administration.

The last clip is a clip of another video, the Staples or Bureau Engros Beepers."
